Ali Ezzeddine, our Senior Project Controls and Scheduling Lead, was the Keynote Speaker at an AACE Toronto Section event on 25 April.

The Toronto Section is the largest globally within the AACE, and the event was sold out with more than 50 people in attendance.

Ali spoke about project controls requirements and challenges including the inputs/outputs of schedule, cost, risk and change. He also covered best practices for the establishment of a robust and integrated project controls function and outline how added value is achieved, with reference to AACE recommended practices.

At the end of the talk, Ernesto Llorens, the AACE President for Toronto awarded us with a diploma.
