POSITION DETAILS
Associate Director – Sydney
Systech International have a current requirement for an experienced Senior Consultant / Associate Director (with claims experience) to join our team based from Sydney.
Your main focus will be to manage a team of consultants, oversee a portfolio of claims projects and expand business within our existing client base, whilst looking to develop new business opportunities elsewhere. The position suits someone wishing to relocate long-term or already based in Australia. You will have the necessary drive, passion and talent to respond to client needs and to run a successful business. You would have full support from Directors and from a professional team.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- In-depth knowledge of the construction industry drawn from a quantity surveyor or commercial management background
- Energy, Transportation, Infrastructure experience
- RICS / AIQS accredited and ideally holding a legal qualification
- An excellent understanding of a variety of forms of contract and associated claims
- Hands on business manager, with the ability to manage a small team whilst also involved in business development
