POSITION DETAILS
Contract Administrator – Hong Kong
Systech International has a requirement for suitably qualified and experienced contract administrators to join us in Hong Kong.
Experience and responsibilities are to include the following:
- Procuring subcontractors, agreeing contract terms and administering variations on accounts
- Providing commercial management of subcontractors’ accounts
- Tracking of schedule impacts and extension of time issues
- Review of subcontractor payment requests and certification of same
- Regular attendance at progress and commercial meetings with client and interfacing parties
An ideal candidate will be an experienced contract administrator, and be experienced in the administration and management of large scale, multi-million dollar projects. Although a site-based position at times, flexibility to travel is paramount for this position.
