Contracts Administrator - Paris

Due to substantial growth in the various regions of France we have a number of requirements for suitably qualified and experienced Contracts managers to join our European team on projects throughout France. These are long term (3-5 year) opportunities, in very accessible regions thus allowing the role holders to regularly return to the UK (weekly basis).

Experience and responsibilities / requirements are likely to include the following:

·         Bi-Lingual – the ability to speak French to a business level would be a distinct advantage

·         A proven history of working with the FIDIC (yellow book) form of contract

·         An understanding of the French legal system (Code Civile)

·         Procuring subcontractors, agreeing contract terms and administering variations on accounts

·         Providing commercial management of subcontractors’ accounts

·         Tracking of schedule impacts and extension of time issues

·         Review of subcontractor payment requests and certification of same

·         Regular attendance at progress and commercial meetings with client and interfacing parties

An ideal candidate will be an experienced Contract Administrator and be experienced in the administration and management of large scale, multi-million pound projects.
