POSITION DETAILS
M&E Contracts Manager
Systech International has an immediate need for an experienced M&E Contracts Manager with claims experience to work with our existing team in Holland.
Responsibilities are likely to include the following:
- Contract drafting and administration
- Procurement advice and oversight
- Commercial management of subcontractors and suppliers
- Risk management
- Review of subcontractor payment requests and certification of same
- Tracking of schedule impacts and extension of time issues
- Regular attendance at progress and commercial meetings with client and interfacing parties
- Statutory compliance issues
You will have relevant experience in claims preparation, and previous experience of working with contractors. Candidates should possess strong commercial acumen and be experienced in the administration and management of large scale projects. You will have previous experience of mechanical and electrical contracts, as well as previous exposure to power, energy or petrochemical related projects with major main contractors.
