POSITION DETAILS
Senior Claims Consultants – Europe
Systech International currently requires a Senior Claims Consultant to join our team in Europe.
Successful candidates will be required to demonstrate the following skills:
- An in-depth understanding of the forensic approach to delay analysis (Time / Quantum).
- Experience of providing specialist contracts advice and dispute resolution services (preferably mediation, adjudication and arbitration).
- Proficiency in the preparation of claim / defence documents
- Be an expert in multiple forms of contract (e.g. FIDIC silver book etc)
- Have competent communication and technical skills with a strong commercial and pragmatic attitude
- Come from within a construction environment, preferably with a professional qualification (MCIArb / MRICS).
- Be fluent in English and a 2nd European language (German, Italian, French, Spanish)
- Be flexible with location and happy to work in e.g. Germany, Italy, France, Spain, the Netherlands, etc.
