POSITION DETAILS
Senior Consultants - London
Systech International is looking for key individuals to join our UK management team; ideally you will be from a UK contractor or consultancy background, be RICS accredited and hold a degree.
We are looking for:
- Individuals who can offer excellent technical capabilities and management skills
- Establishing and managing teams with key clients
- Good experience in claims and arbitration is also an asset. These opportunities offer long-term career development.
Your main focus will be to manage a team of consultants, oversee a portfolio of claims projects and expand our business within the existing client base whilst looking to develop new business opportunities elsewhere. You would have full support from Systech directors and from a professional support team.You will have in depth knowledge of the construction industry drawn from a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager background, be MRICS accredited and have significant experience of writing claims for EOT’s, preparing formal claims documentation and handling general contractual issues.
