POSITION DETAILS
Senior Quantity Surveyor – London
Systech International has an opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for projects in London.
Successful candidates will be required to demonstrate the following:
- Contracts management of major projects
- Team player and proactive
- Dealing with consortium partners
- Claim identification, preparation and negotiation
- Commercial negotiations with consortium partners and sub-contractors
- Regular attendance at progress and commercial meetings with interfacing parties
An ideal candidate will have previous international contract management experience, coupled with heavy civil engineering experience. Candidates should possess strong commercial acumen and be experienced in the administration and management of large scale international projects.
