POSITION DETAILS
Senior Quantity Surveyor (Claims & Disputes)
Systech International now has an opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for projects in Paris.
Successful candidates will be required to demonstrate the following:
- Must be able to hold business discussions in French
- Contracts management of major projects
- Team player and proactive
- Dealing with consortium partners
- Claim identification, preparation and negotiation
- Commercial negotiations with consortium partners and sub-contractors
- Regular attendance at progress and commercial meetings with interfacing parties
An ideal candidate will have previous international contracts management experience, coupled with heavy civil engineering experience. Candidates should possess strong commercial acumen and be experienced in the administration and management of large scale, multi-million dollar international projects.
YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITHIN CLAIMS & DISPUTES TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE AND SPEAK FRENCH TO AN ADVANCED LEVEL.
