Aims of the course:

This seminar will cover a review of common problem areas associated with rights and duties under your contract and how to anticipate, avoid and administer these, particularly where standard clauses are heavily amended. These will be considered in light of the provisions of the Civil Code, particularly where they overlap and can be used as an aid to entitlement. Issues that will be looked at include payment and breaches, variations and adjustments, delay damages and EOT, notices and conditions precedent and suspension and termination.
