Systech Contribute to Construction Law Course in Vienna

Systech International was invited by the Postgraduate Centre at the University of Vienna to present a number of modules on its LLM in Construction Law course during April.

Paul Checketts and Nigel Powell presented modules which covered a range of commercial management, claims and dispute resolution topics with an emphasis on the FIDIC forms of contract. Subjects covered included contract negotiation, tendering, project records, notices, change management, risk control, document control systems and the preparation and defence of claims.

All the students were successful in their assessments and also gave Paul and Nigel high marks for their tuition!
