Systech present legal ramifications of the Bribery Act 2010

Systech International Director Mark Bond presented to an audience of 40 EIC members and guests at the Intercontinental Hotel in Dubai this week. Mark covered the legal ramifications of the Bribery Act 2010 to UK companies and citizens working overseas and addressed the practical measures that companies should take in order to support the “Adequate Procedures” defence.
