Systech International Director Speaks at Dubai Dispute Conference

Phil Adams, an Associate Director in Systech International's Dubai office, spoke at the MEED Dispute Resolution in Construction Conference which was held at the Westin Hotel in Dubai on the 7 and 8 June.

Phil's topic was "Collecting Payment: the Impossible Task" and he covered liens, property rights, insolvency and setoff before moving onto practical issues and lateral thinking.

The conference was attended by 200 delegates from contractor, supplier and legal backgrounds. Phil was already known to a number of the delegates from his regular articles in Construction Week.
