Systech International appoint Tom Martin as Director - Qatar

Systech International is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas L. Martin as Director, based in Qatar, commencing on 1 February 2012.

Tom joins Systech International from Warner International, where he was Managing Director of their International Division. He is a registered Professional Engineer with over 35 years construction experience specialising in schedule development and delay analysis, cost estimating and budget control, design engineering and claims preparation and analysis. He is an experienced delay and scheduling expert who has testified extensively in the USA, the Middle East and other international locations.

Tom has been instructed as an expert on many occasions and has prepared expert reports, agreed joint statements and has given evidence under cross examination in the United States District Court, at the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, the Circuit Court, in domestic and international arbitrations, as well as during alternative dispute resolution processes, including mediation.
