Systech International lead UKTI workshop on effective bidding techniques

UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) held a workshop at the MWB Centre in Liverpool Street, London on 6 December on effective bidding techniques for global construction and infrastructure projects.

Led by Geoff Ansell and Richard Gayton from Systech International, the workshop focussed on imparting the key skills required to help win tenders and how to minimise risk when bidding for projects on a global scale. Topics covered included understanding the bid process, working with JV partners, what clients are looking for, tips to improve your chance of success, risk identification and management, pricing and costing, international jurisdictions and terms and conditions.
