Times up - Breakfast Seminar

Systech International’s latest series of breakfast seminars saw Head of Expert Services, Richard Morris, engage with the audience over the importance of Time Bars, whilst having a spot of breakfast. The seminar successfully fulfilled its aim by reviewing the Time Bar clauses in the main forms of contract, as well as the relevant case law on time bars and conditions precedent to recovery of time and money.
