Anthony is Systech’s Vice President, based in Houston, TX, and with responsibility for it’s USA Energy-related operations and Central Zone regional projects.

Anthony has extensive experience gained in the commercial, contractual and claims management of major international projects including mining, rail, oil & gas, airports, gas distribution, utilities, heavy civils, marine civils and commercial developments for both private and public sector projects in Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands, Australia, Malaysia and the USA.

With over 17 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction and engineering industry, he has gained experience of a wide range of standard and bespoke terms and conditions of contract.  He has particular experience and knowledge relevant to project cost control within the construction process utilising standard and bespoke software systems in relation to major engineering projects.
