Declan Williams

Director Business Recovery and Turnaround

Declan heads up our Business Recovery and Turnaround Division.

He has wide ranging experience in the business turnaround and recovery market. This has predominantly involved helping distressed businesses through the most challenging of circumstances, working alongside management, re-structuring professionals, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders as necessary. His positive approach and negotiation skills have been instrumental in helping deliver a number of successful business turnarounds.

Declan has a combination of corporate banking and entrepreneurial experience to draw on, having worked for 10 years at HSBC and subsequently owner / managing businesses for 13+ years.

He has an MBA and is a member of the Association of MBA’s.
