Dr Webb has 35 years of experience working on international projects and has been in Asia since 1991; 10 years of which have been in Korea. He has provided commercial, contracts, claims and dispute resolution services on a range of projects including rail, major infrastructure, E&M, rolling stock, airports, super high-rise buildings, desalination plants, power plants, hydro projects, chemical plants, waste water treatment plants and mixed-use developments.

Eric is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building, the Association for Project Management, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and a Member of the American Institute of Constructors. He is a member of the Korean Advisory Committee for the RICS in Korea as well as the sole RICS designated Convener for the RICS Quantity Surveyor and Construction members in Korea, and is on the Board of Directors of the Korea Chapter of the CIArb.

Eric also has master degrees from both Heriot-Watt University and the University of Cambridge, a LLM in construction law and arbitration (with distinction) from Robert Gordon University, and has a PhD from Loughborough University in International Project and Contract Management for which he specialized in the management of East-West multi-cultural construction teams on international joint venture mega-projects in Asia.

Eric has also designed and conducted a series of bespoke lecture programs over recent years for Korean contractors on contract management awareness, claims, disputes and risk management.
