Glen Loftus

Head of Disputes

Glen is our Head of Disputes for the UK and Europe and joined Systech in 2010 after having held executive director roles in both private practice and within the UK contracting arm of one of Europe's largest energy and contracting companies.

With more than 25 years construction experience he has extensive knowledge of claims and disputes, particularly in the construction and engineering industries and also has significant M&E expertise.

Glen is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has an MSc in construction law and arbitration from King's College London where he also received the Society of Construction Law Award.
