Ian Sisley

Regional Associate - France and Francophone Countries

Ian is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with cost engineering, estimating, claims and contractual disputes experience gained over a 30 year period in the UK, Western Europe, North Africa, Middle East, Far East and Oceania. He has gained extensive knowledge of the French language and culture over his professional lifespan much of it having been spent on projects within the country or on French managed construction sites elsewhere.

This experience has been gained across a variety of sectors including building construction, civil engineering, power, oil and gas, airport, pharmaceutical and FM. He has also held a number of positions within the RICS.

Ian is multi-lingual being fluent in English and French, having an understanding of Dutch and Indonesian as well as some Spanish, German and Norwegian.
