Mark co-founded Systech International in 1991 with Stephen Rayment and is the Group Managing Director responsible for the management of worldwide business.

He is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Member of the Society of Construction Law.

Mark has over 30 years experience in the Construction Industry with extensive expertise in commercial management, arbitration, litigation, adjudication and ADR dispute resolution.

Mark spent the 80's working for one of the leading UK Main Contractors on large building and civil engineering projects throughout the UK. In the late '80's he managed the commercial function for the contracting arm of Lonrho Africa, based in Zambia.

Having established Systech in the UK Mark specialised in commercial management of major projects leading a number of successful arbitrations and litigations on behalf of major Contractors in a variety of industries including construction, civil engineering, transportation, and mechanical and electrical services.

Throughout the mid 90's Systech developed internationally in the Asia Pacific region and Mark was instrumental in developing relationships to support UK based Contractors carrying out work in Hong Kong, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. During this period Mark was responsible for leading a major arbitration in Singapore and Hong Kong on behalf of a leading UK based Contractor.

2000 onwards saw Mark continue to support international expansion in the Middle East and establish Systech as the largest UK based commercial management and claims consultancy. Under Mark's leadership Systech continued to develop its reputation on a number of high profile major infrastructure projects throughout the UK and Europe establishing a reputation for quality and performance.

Mark is based out of the Head Office in London leading the Regional Directors in the UK and Europe in developing new sectors, business streams and expansion throughout the worldwide business.
