Nigel White

Regional Managing Director - MEA

Nigel joined Systech International in 1995 and has held directorships and senior commercial management positions for both consultant and contractors in the Middle East, Far East and the United Kingdom.

Nigel has approximately thirty years experience in commercial and contractual management and has specialisedin construction disputes on major international projects which have included construction, civil engineering, M&E and telecommunications work.

Assignments undertaken have involved preparing dispute resolution strategies on a number of major disputes and providing leadership to teams of construction professionals and lawyers in preparing for dispute resolution processes including structured negotiation, mediation and arbitration.  

Nigel is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators; a Member of the Association for Project Management and is an Accredited Mediator.
