Peter Phillips

Peter Phillips

Regional Director - Japan

Peter has 27 years experience working in Japan. He has extensive hands-on knowledge of the country and its contractors. Peter is fluent in Japanese.

Peter qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 1973, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has a masters degree in law. He is an experienced mediator and arbitrator.

Peter reports to Gary Howells, our Asia Pacific Regional Managing Director based in Singapore, as part of Gary’s senior management team. Peter works out of our offices in Yokohama and Kobe, Peter also works closely with Ian Huggett who has led our operation in Japan for over 10 years.
