Pieter Swanepoel

Regional Director South Africa

Pieter is our Regional Director for South Africa. Peter specialises in the preparation of delay analysis and forensic planning techniques to support contractual claims and the resolution of disputes that arise in the ever increasing litigious construction and engineering climate. This includes narrative drafting, statement of EOT entitlements, review of contractual obligations, analytical review of the construction programme and establishment of cause & effect schedules to prove delay and disruption and acceleration.

Pieter commenced working for Systech International in 1996 as Program Manager on Hong Kong International Airport project. His experience spans over 30 years in construction starting as an Engineer and latterly as a Scheduler / Planner for 24 years in project controls, delay analysis and claims avoidance and settlement. He is a specialist in Primavera programmes.
