Richard Morris

Richard Morris

Head of Expert Witness Services

Richard is our Head of Expert Witness services and joined Systech International in 2008 after having spent nearly 20 years in senior positions within construction disputes consultancies specialising in forensic delay analysis. With over 30 years experience in the construction industry, Richard has worked for both contractors and consultants in the UK, Hong Kong and Eastern Europe.

Richard has been involved in projects and disputes covering industry sectors including nuclear installations, civil engineering (including road building and tunneling), building (concrete-framed landmark developments, major office buildings, hotels and housing renovation and regeneration projects), and mechanical and electrical services.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Immediate Past Chairman of its Board of Management, Richard is also a Member of the Association for Project Management.
