Bob is a highly experienced Claims Consultant and Delay Analyst specializing in claims for time and money on construction projects.  He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and holds an MSc (with distinction) in Construction Management and Law. 

Bob is fully conversant with all aspects and methods employed in analyzing, preparing and submitting time and money claims under various standard and bespoke forms of contract.  He has used the delay analysis methods accepted in dispute forums and is able to represent cases in a clear, concise and persuasive manner.

During his career in claims, Bob has been involved in dispute management services, particularly adjudication and arbitration.  He has represented contractors and consultants in advisory and/or expert supporting roles on many occasions.  He also lectures occasionally on time analysis, contractual obligations and claims presentation.
