Aberthaw Power Station

Aberthaw is a coal-fired power station located in Wales to the west of Cardiff, in the Vale of Glamorgan. It generates around 1555MW of electricity for the National Grid System which is sufficient to power three million households. The power station was upgraded to burn 200,000 tonnes of biomass crops annually, which required the existing facility to be modified.

Systech advised on the recovery of monies associated with project change and carried out a forensic delay analysis exercise to establish additional time entitlements.
