Dudley Hospital

This project comprised the construction of new facilities and a major refurbishment of existing hospital buildings. The works were particularly complex, requiring to be phased to allow the existing hospital to function.

Systech provided a range of services across the project including commercial and procurement procedures, contract review, contract and legal risk identification/mitigation, rationalisation of the supply chain, whole life cost analysis, planning and identification of critical activities, cost reporting and change control, subcontractor administration, preparation of claims and dispute resolution.
