Training – UK FM Provider

Systech International was asked by a large FM organisation to provide a series of one day seminars to enhance the commercial awareness of it's project management team. We developed a learning programme in conjunction with our client that focused on improving key aspects of project performance and which included training requests raised within staff reviews.

Topics covered included preparing proposals, contract formation, supply chain management, programme awareness, variations, record keeping and payments. Tuition included workshops that used real project examples provided by our client.

The programme was rolled out across the UK with seminars being held at our client's local offices to minimise the impact on the day to day working of the participants.
