Systech produced a series of delay analyses to assist in the defence of adjudication proceedings instigated by the employer for late completion and secured an extension of time. The adjudication proceedings were halted by mutual consent and a negotiated settlement achieved, significantly limiting the amount of damages deducted.

We also produced a further report in relation to the major mechanical and electrical works delays.
