This project comprised the construction of new facilities and a major refurbishment of existing hospital buildings.

Systech provided a range of services across the project including commercial and procurement procedures, contract review, commercial and legal risk identification mitigation, rationalisation of the supply chain, whole life cost analysis, planning and identification of critical activities, cost reporting and change control, subcontractor administration, preparation of claims and dispute resolution.
