Our client, an international joint venture, was appointed to construct three underground stations and 15km of tunnels as part of the Singapore MRT circle line project.

Systech was appointed to review claim submissions. We also prepared new claim submissions including delay analysis and advised the JV's senior management on legal and contractual matters throughout the settlement process.
