TRAINING

Training - Major UK Contractor

As part of our framework arrangement with a major contractor we developed a programme of events for its project staff which were held at its offices throughout the UK.

The programme covered commercial awareness, record keeping, planning, sub-contractor management, claims, dispute resolution, JCT2005 and NEC3.

Each event, which was attended by 15 Delegates, lasted 6 hours and was a combination of seminar and workshop format. Feedback was provided to our client for use in delegates annual appraisals.
