CONSTRUCTION

We have represented contractor and sub-contractor organisations on major construction projects throughout the world and are familiar with their specific needs and objectives at each stage of the construction process. We understand the importance of establishing and maintaining cost and programme targets and how the tight margins of the sector demand a disciplined approach to project control.

At the outset of a project we advise on methods of procurement, appropriate forms of contract and risk allocation or transferral. Prior to commencement we establish project control, administration and reporting mechanisms and ensure that these are followed during the on-site phase.

We manage the change control process, deal with payment issues and resolve any matters of dispute in order to ensure that the project is concluded to the satisfaction of our client. We prepare programmes for use in the management of the construction process.
