At the outset of a project we advise on methods of procurement, appropriate forms of contract and risk allocation or transferral. Prior to commencement we establish project control, administration and reporting mechanisms and ensure that these are followed during the on-site phase.

We manage the change control process, deal with payment issues and resolve any matters of dispute in order to ensure that the project is concluded to the satisfaction of our client. We prepare programmes for use in the management of the construction process.
