IMPORTANT NEWS REGARDING THE INTEGRATION OF SYSTECH SOLICITORS

Systech Solicitors is an independent legal practice, fully approved and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority ('the SRA'). Systech International and Systech Solicitors enjoy a close working relationship and the Legal Services Act 2007 has introduced an opportunity to bring our practices even closer. In light of this, the Systech International and Systech Solicitors websites have been integrated to reflect this business relationship. Please note that only services provided by Systech Solicitors are regulated by the SRA. To inform you of which areas of the website relate to the solicitors' practice and services provided by it ('a Regulated Area') and which areas do not ('a Non-Regulated Area'), a window blind will appear. This window blind will appear automatically when you move from a Non Regulated Area of the site to a Regulated Area or vice versa.

SECTORS

TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND IT

Systech has had a significant involvement in the provision of consultancy services to clients in the telecoms and IT sector, ranging from new build fixed and wireless networks to the development of bespoke systems and products and their integration within infrastructure projects.

We understand the process for the development of telecoms and IT systems through the phases of design, manufacture, off-site testing, integration testing, site installation, acceptance testing and commissioning. The length, and sometimes subjective nature, of the development process requires critical cost management and planning/scheduling skills.

In addition to this, systems are often combined with other technical systems and installed within a construction environment; interface management and associated change control procedures are therefore a key factor.

We have prepared feasibility studies for network operators to advise them in deciding on the locations of switch stations, and established a nationwide framework of contractors to bring about their construction. We have also put the associated facilities management contracts and procedures in place.
