The Position

Systech is seeking a highly responsible IT Support Engineer to work remotely from Bali. Reporting directly to the CEO and Group FD, engineer will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day IT needs in the UK, Europe, and the Americas. This includes handling all IT incidents and proactively monitoring systems to prevent downtime. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive nature, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure. They should also be available outside of normal business hours when needed.


  • Providing user support for a wide range of devices
  • Managing Cloud Infrastructure
  • Telephony, printing, and networking support for remote offices and homeworkers
  • Managing IT costs and spending
  • Disaster and backup recovery
  • Website and in-house application support
  • Maintaining a helpful, positive, and supportive attitude at all times


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
  • Bali-based to support Centre of Excellence strategy
  • Working night shift to cover UK/EUR/Americas
  • At least 5 years of post-qualification commercial experience with a proven track record
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Expertise in the Microsoft Office 365 suite and PowerShell administration
  • Familiarity with different ISPs and communication configurations in the UK, Europe, and the Americas
  • Experience working with and reporting to senior management
  • Availability to work outside of normal business hours and on-call 24/7


  • Experience with HTML/CSS, PHP, .NET, and SQL (preferable)
  • Experience with planning software such as Primavera P6, Asta PowerProject, and Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge of SUN, Q&A, and Time@Work systems administration
  • Experience with Orange HRM or similar CRM IT administration
