At Systech Law we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver an efficient, cost effective product without any compromise in quality or in our responsiveness and service levels.

We do not over-lawyer matters

We favour senior experienced senior practitioners. There is no learning curve and our customers get the benefit of their experiences.

Long-term relationships

We favour legal secondments which are both cost effective and deliver operational efficiencies to our customers.

Single solution

We are able to work in a truly integrated way with our colleagues at Systech. This helps to control costs by engaging less expensive resource to manage and support the more labour intense aspects of dispute management.

Early warnings and risks assessments

Whilst construction disputes are invariably complex and document heavy, an early assessment (usually with a 2 week turnaround) can help optimise a customer’s legal spend.

Collaboration

We work together with and support our customers to capitalise on their internal expertise and resources. Our customers are the true experts of their own business. We work with them to ensure this understanding is not lost.
