We are pleased to announce our first training session in collaboration with WIN (Women’s Infrastructure Network).

Rebecca Redhead and Susanna Truong from Systech Law will be presenting a breakfast webinar on Dispute Resolution – Adjudication and Mediation to the WIN Toronto Chapter.

During this session, adjudication and mediation will be compared and the evolution and application of the procedures discussed from both the Ontario and international perspective. Attendees will also be given an insight into using the FIDIC Dispute Adjudication Board process through a case study of a live project and an overview of how dispute resolution procedures are continuing to develop and adapt globally.
