We are pleased to announce that Systech has successfully secured a standing offer agreement with Infrastructure Ontario (IO) for management consulting and advisory services.

As a qualified vendor, Systech will support IO’s business needs in the following categories:

• General Advisory: Multi-disciplined advisory services supporting business needs, such as market soundings, risk management, vendor management, evaluation and negotiation support, and customer experience design. 

• Strategic Planning & Transformation: Support for large-scale transformation initiatives, including operating model design, change management, transformation delivery, and governance.  

This contract reflects Systech's growing expertise in helping public sector organizations navigate complex change, strengthen performance, and deliver successful transformation outcomes.
