David is Managing Director for our global project controls service and he is based in our office in London, UK.
David is a dual British and New Zealand citizen and has exceptional project controls and project management expertise built up over 40 years of global experience across multiple industries. As a senior executive with proven experience in the private and public sectors, David has developed an engaging and trustworthy approach that has seen him successfully lead complex and challenging mega and major programmes across the rail, road, aviation, logistics and nuclear and geographically throughout the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and North America. His candid communication style engenders trust and understanding, leading to positive and collaborative team cultures and environments.
David is a Project Management Professional (PMP PMI) and specialises in leading complex and challenging project management and controls appointments including leadership, establishing successful project controls/delivery organisations, standardising processes and procedures, integrating project delivery organisations, maturity assessments/project audits and creating successful teams.
