Ian has extensive experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams providing contentious and non-contentious commercial and contractual services on large complex projects within a variety of industries including building, civil infrastructure, airports, rail, maritime, chemical plants, environmental, power stations and telecommunications.

Ian has specialist experience in time analysis techniques, the preparation of extension of time documents and the defence of time related claims on a commercial or contractual basis.
