Lisette is our Regional Director for West Canada and she is based in Calgary.
She has over 35 years’ experience of construction commercial management, including contract management / administration, risk management, procurement, subcontract management, change control, project controls, scheduling, dispute avoidance, claim preparation, negotiation and settlement and expert advisory services.
She has particular expertise within the power, oil and gas, process plant, heavy civil engineering and infrastructure / transportation sectors.
Lisette has advised on project delivery solutions, including partnering and alliancing, and has developed effective incentive schemes for prime constructors and control mechanisms relating to cost and quality.
Whilst her focus is on dispute avoidance and commercial negotiation support to achieve amicable settlement, she has been involved in formal dispute resolution via mediation, statutory adjudication and arbitration.
She has extensive contract risk management and contracting strategies experience and has lectured on contracts and related matters for the MBA program at the University of Calgary.
Prior to moving to Canada, Lisette worked in USA, UK, Europe and Asia.
