Shingo has extensive experience in the preparation, management and the successful resolution of claims relating to both extension of time and additional costs.

Shingo has over 20 years’ experience in the management of contracts from inception to completion for Japanese contractors and US project management consultants.

Shingo has experience in all commonly used contract forms including; FIDIC, NEC, ICE, JCT, LOGIC, bespoke main contracts and all related sub-contracts with global experience having had responsibility for projects in the Middle East, Far East, Africa, Europe and North America.

Shingo has excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
